Hi there! I’m Kayla, the heart and hands behind Chic & Mane Studio. I’m a hair artist, educator, proud boy mom to two wild and wonderful little guys, and wife to my high school sweetheart 8 years and still going strong! Hair has always been my passion, but sharing what I know is what truly lights me up. Whether you’re in my chair for a fresh new look or joining one of my classes, my goal is to make sure you leave feeling confident, inspired, and ready to shine inside and out. This is more than hair for me. It’s connection, it’s creativity, and it’s helping others feel and look their very best. CANCELLATION POLICY
I am committed to providing exceptional customer service, and I believe in maintaining open communication with my clients. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, I have implemented the following policies: 1. For cancellations or rescheduling requests made 48 hours in advance, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. I understand that clients may need to adjust their schedules, and I am willing to accommodate such requests to the best of my abilities. 2. If you need to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, a 100% cancellation fee will be applied. I kindly ask for your understanding as this time frame makes it challenging to fill the appointment slot. 3. All deposits paid for the appointment are lost after two reschedules. Please understand it’s hard to keep changing your appointment consecutively. I completely understand that emergencies can arise, and I am willing to make exceptions in such cases. Please reach out to me as a courtesy, and I will do my best to accommodate your situation. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
